Privacy notice

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you enter:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your company name and project location, if you provide them
• The service you are interested in and your message

Why we collect it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and discuss your project with you. We do not use them for marketing mailing lists, and we never sell or rent them to anyone.

How your enquiry is handled

Your enquiry is sent to our business email inbox using an email delivery service, and you receive a copy by email. The website itself does not store your details in a database.

To protect the form from spam, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the form is being sent by a person. Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser to do this.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our normal business records, then delete them.

Cookies and third-party content

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it.

The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps and only loads when you scroll to it. Google reviews shown on the site are provided by Google. When this content loads, Google may collect information under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. We aim to handle personal information in line with Sri Lanka’s Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022.
